Health Italia buys the Eugheia polispecialistic centre
Health Italia S.p.A., PMI Innovative listed on the AIM Italia market, one of the largest independent companies in the Italian market operating in Integrative Health and Corporate Welfare, announced that on 18 April 2018 the acquisition of 90% of the Share Capital of Angiology Centre Eugheia S.r.l. (Eugheia), a well-known polyspecialistic medical centre based in Rome and specialized in recovery and functional rehabilitation, angiology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, internal medicine, neurology, gynaecology
and obstetrics.
The acquisition is part of the plan to expand the facilities managed by the subsidiary (100%) Health
Point Srl, as presented in the press release dated 22 November 2017.
