Health Italia increases the free float to 26.29% – The activities aimed at passing on the Star
Health Italia S.p.A., a company listed on the AIM Italia multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana, announces that the company’s free float increased by 2.29%, from 24.01% to 26.29%.
The increase in the free float is consistent with the strategic guidelines developed by the Board of Directors and approved by the shareholders, aimed at achieving the parameters required to request admission to the STAR segment of the MTA market of Borsa Italiana, and to encourage entry into the shareholding, at market prices, of stable institutional shareholders who operate their investments in a long-term logic.
