Communication of variation of the share capital
Health Italia S.p.A., the innovative PMI Company quoted on the AIM Italia market and one of the great independent realities of the Italian market which operate in integrative medicine advises the new composition of the share capital after the deposition at the Rome Business Register of a total of 1,953,426 ordinary shares of a nominal value of Euro 1.00 each, in accordance with article 2444, clause 1 of the Italian Civil Code. The shares were assigned through the issue of shares in kind, by conferring shares to the Companies to which the increase was reserved and held shares in the share capital of Basis SpA (refer to the press releases of February 23rd and 27th, 2018).
